I wanted to take the time today to write a list of ten healthy lifestyle changes that you can start incorporating into your everyday life starting today or even the beginning of January if you wish…

  1. Drink more water, in fact you should be drinking half of your weight in oz of water a day.
  2. Eat slowly.
  3. Don’t skip breakfast.
  4. Take the stairs.
  5. Wake up early.
  6. Practice self- care.
  7. Create morning rituals you’ll look forward to every morning.
  8. Practice Positive thinking.
  9. Go for a walk.
  10. Know how to slow down and be present.
